Hong Kong Moktri Cultural Technology Limited ("we", "us", or "our") is the developer and operator of WowMix AI (the "App"). We hold personal privacy as a foundational principle. This Privacy Policy provides full transparency regarding our data practices, operating strictly under a Transient Processing framework for both iOS and Android platforms.

By downloading, installing, or using WowMix AI, you acknowledge and agree to the practices outlined below.

1. Architectural Commitments: Zero Retention & Local-First

• No User Registration: You can use all core features anonymously without registering an account, linking phone numbers, or providing social logins.
• Local Sandbox Storage: Your generation history, customized prompts, and output media remain exclusively inside your device's local application sandbox.
• No Training on Your Data: Your input media, prompts, and generated results are never used to train, refine, or improve our or any third party's machine learning or AI models.

2. AI Processing: Strict Transient Processing Standard

2.1 Real-Time Transient Inference

To deliver AI-powered visual effects, filters, and synthetic video rendering:

• Client-Side Initiation: You select the photos, videos, or prompts directly on your device.
• Encrypted Transmission: Your chosen visual assets are sent via secure, end-to-end transport layer encryption (HTTPS / TLS 1.3) to dedicated computing nodes strictly to execute the immediate inference computation.
• RAM-Only Execution: Processing occurs solely in volatile random-access memory (RAM).
• Zero Disk Retention & No Sharing: Your input media, prompts, and output results are never written to disk, stored persistently, or retained on remote servers. They are never shared with or disclosed to unrelated third parties.
• Immediate Local Delivery: As soon as rendering finishes, the final output is returned directly to your device and saved to your local storage. The temporary server cache is wiped immediately.

2.2 Dedicated Face Data & Biometric Protection Notice (Apple Guideline 5.1.2(i) Compliant)

Certain visual effects require analyzing facial visual landmarks within uploaded photos or videos. To provide complete clarity:

• What face data is processed? We analyze transient pixel-level facial coordinates and facial orientation strictly to align visual filters, effects, or video expressions.
• How is it used? It is used solely in real time to render the visual output requested by the user.
• Is it shared or sold? No. Face data is never shared with third parties, never sold, and never uploaded to any biometric databases.
• How long is it retained? Zero retention. All temporary facial coordinate data is destroyed immediately from volatile memory once the immediate rendering is completed. We do not extract facial recognition templates, geometric identity prints, or biometric identifiers.

2.3 AI Transparency & Watermarking

In compliance with international AI transparency regulations, all outputs are programmatically generated by artificial intelligence. The App may include standard synthetic media metadata or visible/invisible digital watermarks to signify that the content was generated using artificial intelligence.

2.4 User Material Ownership & Warranty

You retain full ownership of all materials you process. Please only submit photos, videos, and media for which you have secured complete legal rights, copyright ownership, or explicit authorization.

3. User Data Control and Deletion Rights

• In-App Immediate Deletion: You can delete any individual creation or your entire generation history at any time directly through the "Creation History" section of the App.
• Full Sandbox Removal: Clearing local app data through your device settings or uninstalling the App immediately, permanently, and irrevocably purges all local creation records from your hardware.
• Additional Data Erasure Requests: While we do not maintain persistent user profiles, users may request the purging of any residual diagnostic logs or support correspondence by contacting wowmixai@outlook.com. Requests are processed within 30 days.

4. Limited Technical Telemetry & Diagnostics

To ensure application stability, resolve crashes, and prevent fraudulent abuse, the App may automatically process non-identifying technical data via standard system APIs and vetted diagnostic SDKs (e.g., crash reporting tools):

• Data Categories: Device hardware model, operating system version, app build version, system language, network carrier type, and crash stack traces.
• IP Address: IP addresses are processed strictly on a transient basis for network routing and geographic CDN allocation, and are not linked to your creative outputs.

5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

All digital subscriptions, in-app purchases, and payment transactions are executed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not collect, view, or store payment card numbers, billing addresses, or direct banking information. We only receive cryptographically signed transaction tokens to activate your premium features.

6. Content Standards & Reporting Mechanism (Google Play / App Store Compliance)

• Prohibited Conduct: You must not use the App to generate illegal material, non-consensual deepfakes, defamatory content, sexually explicit images, or intellectual property infringements.
• Content Flagging / Reporting: If you detect any generation that infringes on your legal rights or violates content safety guidelines, please email us directly at wowmixai@outlook.com. We will review and remediate legitimate complaints promptly.

7. Regional Privacy Disclosures

7.1 European Economic Area (GDPR) & United Kingdom (UK GDPR)

EEA and UK residents hold statutory rights including access, rectification, portability, restriction, and erasure. Given our zero-retention cloud architecture, your right to erasure is fully exercisable directly on your device by clearing your local creation history or deleting the App.

7.2 California & US State Regulations (CCPA / CPRA)

If you reside in California:

• No Sale or Sharing: We have not sold or shared any consumer personal information or creative content in the preceding 12 months, and we will never do so.
• No Profiling: We do not process sensitive personal data to infer personal characteristics.
• Non-Discrimination: You will not experience discrimination or diminished service quality for exercising any statutory privacy rights.

8. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

WowMix AI is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age (or under 16 where required by local jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please notify us for immediate removal.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of law principles.
